Richard Kottmeyer (moderator & co-host)

With over 20 years as a global thought leader on the transformation of the food and agricultural value chain, Richard Kottmeyer has built and ran the six largest agriculture and food production practices in professional services for firms such as IBM, Accenture, KPMG CF, and Luxoft. He has been the global voice of the consumer leader for IBM and a Wall Street managing director in M&A, and has over 100 citations and speeches across over a dozen sectors along the farm to form value chain. Richard is also presently a member of the White House COVID-19 Task Force. 

 

Sid Miller

An eighth generation farmer and rancher, Sid Miller is the 12th Commissioner of the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). He has devoted his life to promoting Texas agriculture, rural communities and the great state of Texas. A recognized community leader, Miller was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2000. He quickly earned a reputation as a staunch defender of Texas agriculture, constitutional freedoms and individual liberties for all Texans. He was elected statewide as the 12th Texas Agriculture Commissioner in 2014, and re-elected to his second term in office in 2018.

 

Bruce Kettler

Bruce Kettler is the Director of the Indiana State Department of Agriculture, appointed by Governor Eric Holcomb on January 8, 2018. Bruce was appointed to Governor Holcomb’s cabinet in December of 2019. He also serves as the Director of Agribusiness Development for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and reports directly to Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch, who serves as Indiana’s Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development. Prior to joining ISDA, Bruce worked as the Director of Public Relations for Beck's Hybrids, and brings to the department over 30 years of agricultural leadership experience and knowledge that spans from production agriculture and sales, to community and industry relations.

 

Ryan Quarles

Dr. Ryan F. Quarles serves as Kentucky’s Commissioner of Agriculture. First elected to that position in 2015, he was re-elected in 2019, winning 117 of 120 counties. Under his leadership, the Kentucky Department of Agriculture (KDA) started several new programs, including initiatives to combat hunger and connect Kentucky farmers to new markets. Dr. Quarles’s outspoken advocacy for farmers has been recognized on the regional and national level. He serves as Vice President of the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA), president of the Southern Association of State Departments of Agriculture (SASDA). He previously served as Chairman of the Republican Agriculture Commissioners Committee (RACC).

 

David Maloni

David Maloni is the Executive Vice President of Analytics at ArrowStream and leads the charge into helping clients further digest data and execute accordingly throughout their supply chain. Before joining ArrowStream, David Maloni was the Founder and President of the ARA Group including American Restaurant Association servicing the majority of the top 500 restaurant chains during the last two decades. His restaurant supply chain data and commodity expertise are regularly featured by numerous media venues including ABC News, Bloomberg, Forbes Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, CNBC and USA Today.


Jeff Dorr

Jeff Dorr, Chief Customer Officer at ArrowStream, is known for his “Partner for Life” philosophy with a focus on the customer experience. Jeff has spent over 20 years in foodservice supply chain technology working with the top 250 concepts, the major industry GPO’s, distributors and top 200 manufacturers.
